Pizza is where Galati's started. Our dough and sauces are made from scratch, and our classic thin crust is thin in the center with a thick, fluffy edge, finished with house-made pizza sauce and mozzarella.
Pick a classic like the Galati's Pizza (sausage, onions, mushrooms and green peppers) or go big with the Garbage. Want something heartier? Our pan pizza has a butter crust, and the stuffed pizza layers two crusts with cheese and toppings under the sauce. Galati’s has been serving Cary since 1992. We still make our own dough, and our pizza dough and pizza sauce are made from scratch every day. The sausage on our pizzas is Galati’s own recipe, and the Galati family also owns Orchard Prime Meats, the butcher shop.

You can also order through DoorDash. The kitchen is open until 10 PM every night.

Do you have gluten-free pizza?
Yes. Gluten-free crust comes in 10" ($18.99) and 12" ($19.99). Please tell your server about any food allergy when you order.

What are your hours?
We're open Monday–Thursday 3–11 PM, Friday–Saturday 11 AM–midnight and Sunday 11 AM–10 PM. The kitchen closes at 10 PM every day. We're closed Thanksgiving and Christmas.
