A milestone anniversary brings everyone home: kids, grandkids and the friends who were there at the wedding. Galati's Hideaway gives you a private room in Cary that's easy to reach from Barrington, Lake Zurich and Algonquin, with an elevator so every guest can join in.
For a family dinner, Room One holds 30 to 45. Room Two and the Catwalk each have a full bar, and for the big ones, the first-floor Fireplace Room holds up to 80 and the whole top floor up to 150. Every room has sound and TV hookups, perfect for a slideshow of the years.

Come on in: Galati's is fully accessible, with an elevator to the upstairs rooms, and there's plenty of free parking. Every party includes 4 hours of room time with no room fee ($200 for each extra hour), every room has sound and TV hookups, every banquet package includes white linen tablecloths and black linen napkins, and our banquet rooms are open 7 days a week: Monday–Wednesday 11 AM–11:30 PM, Thursday–Saturday 11 AM–midnight and Sunday 11 AM–10 PM. Your final headcount is due 72 hours before the event.
Packages to consider
- Create-your-own buffet: $28, $31 or $36 per person, with salad, pastas, entrées and an assorted mini dessert tray
- Family-style upgrade: $6 per person, minimum 30 people
- Champagne punch bowl: $89 per bowl
- Appetizer packages: $19 (3 choices) or $21 (4 choices) per person
- Bar packages: 3 hours, $20–$36 per person (guests 21+), or a host, limited host or cash bar
Per-person prices; tax and 20% gratuity additional. No room fee for the first 4 hours ($200 per extra hour), a 25-guest minimum, and kids under 12 are half price. Full details and choices are on our banquets page.

Which room is best for an anniversary party?
Room One (30 to 45) suits a family dinner, Room Two (50 to 60) and the Catwalk (up to 70) each have a full bar, and the whole top floor holds up to 150 for a big milestone.
Can we have a champagne toast?
Yes. Add a champagne punch bowl for $89, or choose a 3-hour wine-and-beer or full-bar package.
What does a dinner package include?
Create-your-own buffets include salad, pasta, entrées and an assorted mini dessert tray, with fountain drinks, iced tea, hot tea and coffee. Upgrade to family style for $6 per person (30-guest minimum).
Can we bring our own cake or desserts?
Yes. Bring a store-bought cake or desserts, and we'll plate and serve them for free.
