Whatever you're celebrating, Galati's Hideaway has a private room that fits. For groups from Cary, Crystal Lake, Lake in the Hills and Barrington, it's simple: you get your own space, food people genuinely look forward to, and one per-person price with no room fee for the first 4 hours.
Smaller groups settle into the Skybox (25 to 30) or Room One (30 to 45). Room Two (50 to 60) and the Catwalk (up to 70) each have a full bar, the first-floor Fireplace Room holds up to 80, and the whole top floor opens up for as many as 150 guests. Our banquet rooms are open 7 days a week: Monday–Wednesday 11 AM–11:30 PM, Thursday–Saturday 11 AM–midnight and Sunday 11 AM–10 PM.

Come on in: Galati's is fully accessible, with an elevator to the upstairs rooms, and there's plenty of free parking. Every party includes 4 hours of room time with no room fee ($200 for each extra hour), every room has sound and TV hookups, every banquet package includes white linen tablecloths and black linen napkins, and our banquet rooms are open 7 days a week: Monday–Wednesday 11 AM–11:30 PM, Thursday–Saturday 11 AM–midnight and Sunday 11 AM–10 PM. Your final headcount is due 72 hours before the event.

- We can hold your date for 48 hours without a deposit; after that, a $250 non-refundable deposit secures it. Your final headcount is due 72 hours before the party.
- Enjoy the party. Payment (all major credit cards, checks or cash) is due at the end, and buffets stay out for 2 hours.
Packages to consider
- Pizza buffet packages: $19–$21 per person: cheese, sausage and pepperoni pizza, soft drinks, plus salad and mostaccioli options
- Appetizer packages: $19 (3 choices) or $21 (4 choices) per person
- Create-your-own buffet: $28, $31 or $36 per person, with salad, pastas, entrées and an assorted mini dessert tray
- Brunch: $31 per person, served until 2:00 PM
- Bar packages: 3 hours, $20–$36 per person (guests 21+), or a host, limited host or cash bar

How many people can you host for a private party?
Our rooms hold 25 to 150 guests: the Skybox 25 to 30, Room One 30 to 45, Room Two 50 to 60, the Catwalk up to 70, Rooms One and Two together up to 100, the first-floor Fireplace Room up to 80 and the whole top floor up to 150.
Is there a room fee?
Not for the first 4 hours. Every party includes 4 hours of room time with no room fee, and each extra hour is $200. Otherwise you pay per person for the food and drink package you choose, plus tax and 20% gratuity, and payment is due at the end of the party.
