The rehearsal dinner is where two families really get to know each other, so the room should feel relaxed and the food should be generous. Galati's is an easy drive for families from Fox River Grove, Algonquin and Barrington.
Room One (30 to 45 guests) and Room Two (50 to 60, with its own full bar) are the usual picks, and the Skybox suits a tight-knit group of 25 to 30. Every room has sound and TV hookups, so a slideshow of the couple is easy to set up.

Come on in: Galati's is fully accessible, with an elevator to the upstairs rooms, and there's plenty of free parking. Every party includes 4 hours of room time with no room fee ($200 for each extra hour), every room has sound and TV hookups, every banquet package includes white linen tablecloths and black linen napkins, and our banquet rooms are open 7 days a week: Monday–Wednesday 11 AM–11:30 PM, Thursday–Saturday 11 AM–midnight and Sunday 11 AM–10 PM. Your final headcount is due 72 hours before the event.

- Create-your-own buffet: $28, $31 or $36 per person, with salad, pastas, entrées and an assorted mini dessert tray
- Family-style upgrade: $6 per person, minimum 30 people
- Appetizer packages: $19 (3 choices) or $21 (4 choices) per person
- Bar packages: 3 hours, $20–$36 per person (guests 21+), or a host, limited host or cash bar

Good to know
- We can hold your date for 48 hours without a deposit; after that, a $250 non-refundable deposit secures it, and payment is due at the end of the dinner.
- Buffets stay out for 2 hours, so nobody has to rush.
- Fountain drinks, iced tea, hot tea and coffee are included with lunch and dinner packages.

What size room do I need for a rehearsal dinner?
Most rehearsal dinners fit in the Skybox (25 to 30), Room One (30 to 45) or Room Two (50 to 60, with a full bar). Larger groups can use Rooms One and Two together for up to 100.
What should we serve?
A create-your-own buffet ($28, $31 or $36 per person) gives you salad, pasta, entrées and an assorted mini dessert tray. You can upgrade to family style for $6 per person (30-guest minimum).
Is there a minimum?
Yes, a 25-guest minimum. There's no room fee for the first 4 hours, and kids under 12 are half price.
