How booking works
- Tell us about your party. Send a private party inquiry or call 847-516-3663 with your date, start time, headcount and occasion.
- Pick your room and package. We’ll match your headcount to the right room and help you choose food and bar packages.
- Hold your date. We can hold your date for 48 hours without a deposit; after that, a $250 non-refundable deposit secures it. Your party includes 4 hours of room time with no room fee, and each extra hour is $200. Funeral luncheons need no deposit and aren't charged by the hour.
- Enjoy the day. Your room, linens and buffet are ready when you arrive. Just come on in and celebrate; the balance is due at the end of your event, and we take all major credit cards, checks and cash.

Every room has built-in sound and TV hookups for slideshows, presentations, music or the big game. Galati's is fully accessible, with an elevator to the upstairs rooms, and there's plenty of free parking.
Party hours: Monday through Wednesday 11 AM to 11:30 PM, Thursday through Saturday 11 AM to midnight, Sunday 11 AM to 10 PM.

What every party includes
- No room fee for the 4 hours of room time included ($200 per extra hour)

All food and drink packages are per person and exclude tax and 20% gratuity.
Good to know before you book
- 4 hours of room time, no room fee. You pay for food and drinks only; each extra hour is $200.
- Free 48-hour hold. We can hold your date for 48 hours without a deposit; after that, a $250 non-refundable deposit secures your date and room.
- Final headcount is due 72 hours before your event (waived for funeral luncheons).
- 25-guest minimum for banquet packages.
- Kids under 12 are half price.
- 20% gratuity and tax are added to package prices.
- Payment is due at the end of your event. We take all major credit cards, checks and cash.
- Bring your own cake. Store-bought desserts are welcome, and we'll plate and serve them for free.
- Funeral luncheons: we just need 24 hours' notice. As a courtesy to families, there's no room fee, no deposit and no hourly charge, and the 72-hour headcount deadline doesn't apply.
- Charities and schools are tax exempt.

How many guests can your banquet rooms hold?
The first-floor Fireplace Room holds up to 80 guests. Upstairs, the Catwalk holds up to 70 with a full bar, Room Two 50 to 60 with a full bar, Room One 30 to 45, Rooms One and Two together up to 100 with a full bar, and the Skybox 25 to 30. The whole top floor holds up to 150. Every room has sound and TV hookups.
What is included with a banquet package?

Pizza buffet packages are $19–$21 per person, appetizer packages $19–$21, dinner (create-your-own) buffets $28, $31 or $36, the Grand Breakfast $24, brunch $31, beer and wine packages $20 or $23, and full-bar packages $24, $28 or $36 for 3 hours. Tax and 20% gratuity are added, and kids under 12 are half price.
Are the upstairs party rooms accessible?
Yes. Galati's is fully accessible, with an elevator to the upstairs rooms, and there's plenty of free parking.
Do you offer bar packages for private parties?
Yes. Choose a 3-hour wine-and-beer or full-bar package ($20–$36 per person), or a host bar, limited host bar or cash bar. Packages are charged for every guest 21 and older, and a valid ID is required to be served.
Can we host a breakfast or brunch event?
Yes. The Grand Breakfast ($24 per person) and Brunch ($31 per person) packages are served until 2:00 PM. Unlimited champagne for 3 hours is $11 per person.
Can the food be served family style?
Create-your-own buffets are served buffet style for two hours. A family-style upgrade is $6 per person, with a minimum of 30 people.
